About the Role
As an Implementation Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of client success—owning the onboarding journey from post-sale to product launch. This hybrid role blends project coordination with client relationship management, requiring a proactive mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service. You'll independently handle many implementation tasks while partnering with Implementation Engineers and Account Managers to ensure a seamless transition for our clients.

You don’t just check boxes—you look for ways to elevate the client experience, resolve challenges creatively, and contribute to the evolution of our onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding process: Manage the client relationship from signed contract through to successful product launch.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Account Managers and clients to collect all onboarding requirements and ensure timely handoff to Implementation Engineers.
- Execute onboarding tasks: Complete configuration and coordination tasks required to bring clients onto Trufla platforms.
- Coordinate technical assignments: Accurately document and delegate technical items to Implementation Engineers for completion.
- Train and empower clients: Deliver essential training to new clients, ensuring they understand and can effectively use their selected products.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication: Serve as the client’s primary point of contact throughout implementation, providing updates and addressing questions via phone or email.
- Problem-solve and optimize: Identify and remove onboarding roadblocks, contributing ideas to improve internal processes.
- Document knowledge: Keep thorough records of implementation steps and suggest enhancements to the Team Lead to support future scalability.
- Stay informed: Learn new features, participate in product planning sessions, and maintain awareness of platform updates.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years’ experience in a coordination or implementation role, preferably within a SaaS company, marketing agency, or professional services firm.
- Proven success managing both client and internal team relationships.
- Willingness to occasionally adapt work hours to accommodate clients in different time zones.
- Foundational technical understanding (e.g., websites, data processing, QA) is a strong asset—but we’ll support the right candidate to grow their skillset.
