Call Center Agent | ENGLISH Speaker
ABOUT YOU
As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, as well as handling email correspondence. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be comfortable with flexible shifts, and possess relevant call center experience. This role is focused on receiving and responding to calls and emails, not on traditional customer service tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.
  • Respond to and manage email correspondence promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and email interactions.
  • Utilize computer systems and software to manage communications and track information.
  • Ensure all communications are handled according to company policies and standards.

 
QUALIFICATIONS
·       Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
·       Fluent in English (B2-C1 level) with excellent communication skills.
·       Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Call Center environment, specifically with English-speaking accounts.
·       Flexibility to work night and overnight shifts as required.
·       Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
·       Strong soft skills including effective communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
·       Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
