At Trufla, we’re on a mission to reinvent how insurance brokerages operate. We’re not just building software—we’re building tools that empower brokers to sell smarter, service faster, and grow stronger.
After years of development, we’ve created a fully integrated platform that transforms how brokers capture leads, quote policies, and manage clients. It’s not quite a BMS. But it’s not a BMS either. It’s something more.
Now, we need a Senior Trainer who can make sure every brokerage gets the most out of it—turning our platform into their favorite tool and their fastest path to growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Training Programs: Design and deliver engaging training sessions for brokers across Canada, both virtually and in-person.
- Bridge the Gap: Translate technical concepts (CSIO, APIs, data-mapping) into plain, actionable language for everyday brokerage use.
- Empower Brokers: Teach them to quote and bind faster, renew in minutes, and create client experiences that set them apart.
- Refine & Improve: Continuously update training materials based on broker feedback and platform enhancements.
- Champion Adoption: Work closely with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term engagement.
- Stay Ahead: Keep current with brokerage workflows, insurance regulations, and emerging Insurtech trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Deep Brokerage Knowledge: 7–10 years working in a P&C brokerage—you know the workflows cold.
- Training Experience: 3+ years working with software and delivering training that gets rave reviews.
- Technical Fluency: Comfortable with CSIO standards, APIs, and data-mapping (and explaining them in plain English).
- Change Leadership: Skilled at driving adoption and inspiring confidence in new processes and tools.
