B2B Content Marketing Manager
We are seeking an experienced B2B Content Marketing Manager to lead our content strategy, creation, and execution. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B marketing, especially within insurtech, and the ability to craft compelling content that positions Trufla as an industry leader. Knowledge of HubSpot is essential to manage and optimize our content distribution, lead generation workflows, and email marketing automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy and Execution
- Develop and execute a B2B content marketing strategy that aligns with Trufla’s business objectives, specifically targeting insurance brokers and agency decision-makers.
- Manage a content calendar, producing engaging and educational content across blogs, case studies, whitepapers, email campaigns, and social media.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to translate complex technology features into clear, customer-focused messaging.
HubSpot Management and Email Marketing Automation
- Leverage HubSpot to manage, automate, and optimize content distribution, email marketing, and lead generation workflows.
- Create and optimize email marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing, customer engagement, and retention.
- Use HubSpot analytics to track content and email performance, making data-driven improvements to maximize engagement and conversions.
Event Marketing Support
- Develop content and messaging to support event marketing initiatives, including webinars, virtual events, and industry conferences.
- Collaborate with the events team to create pre-event and post-event email campaigns, landing pages, and follow-up content.
- Track event-related content and engagement metrics to evaluate impact and inform future strategies.
SEO and Content Optimization
- Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve organic visibility and rankings for target keywords.
- Partner with the SEO team to ensure all content is optimized for search engines and resonates with Trufla’s target audience.
- Monitor SEO and content metrics to continuously improve content strategy.
Thought Leadership and Brand Awareness
- Position Trufla as a thought leader in insurtech by developing content on industry trends, case studies, and client success stories.
- Manage content for partner publications, press releases, and industry events to increase brand reach and authority.
Performance Measurement and Reporting
- Analyze and report on content performance, audience insights, and engagement metrics using HubSpot and Google Analytics.
- Identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for content improvements.
- Set and track KPIs related to content performance, lead generation, and customer engagement.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably in insurtech, fintech, or SaaS industries.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, including CRM management, marketing automation, and performance tracking.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience optimizing content for search engines.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a track record of producing high-quality content for B2B audiences.
- Experience with email marketing automation and campaign optimization.
- Ability to interpret complex technology solutions into clear and engaging content.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and report on content performance.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the insurance industry and understanding of broker workflows.
- Experience with event marketing and support.
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and automation platforms.
